Where We Started

Emperor Home began with a simple vision: to transform the property landscape in Liverpool. Founded by Alex, our story started on Empress Road, where we undertook our first project—converting a single house into student accommodation. This initial venture laid the foundation for what would become a thriving family-run enterprise.

As we grew, so did our portfolio. From that first property, we expanded into a multi-faceted real estate company, now managing hundreds of properties across various areas in the Liverpool areas, including buy-to-let properties, mixed-use buildings, and commercial units.

We are experienced in all areas of property, offering a vast range of services. Emperor Home specialises in sales and lettings, and our sister business, Emperor Holdings, focuses on property development, transforming properties around Liverpool to help bring new homes and further income to the city.
